Seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee and lead a crew of 10 in utility-scale solar operations. The role requires supervising module change-outs initially, with an expanded scope to include inverter-related tasks in the forthcoming months. The successful candidate will report directly to the Owner onsite as well as the Director of Utility Scale, Operations, and Maintenance.

Hard Skills

• Electrical theory

• Safety knowledge specific to construction job sites

• DC Health Module/O&M experience

• Ability to read prints

Soft Skills

• Ability to isolate safety issues

• Leadership skills to manage and direct a crew effectively

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rosamond, California.
