Description:

Provide precise and thorough estimates for materials, equipment, and labor needed for projects.

Evaluate vendor quotes and client proposals.

Request quotes from vendors.

Maintain effective communication to coordinate with vendors and clients.

Regularly update notes in the system.

Ensure all quotes are submitted, received, and processed within client policy timelines.

Report progress and ensure deadlines are adhered to.

Carry out other related tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Trade specialist in HVAC, plumbing, lighting, general maintenance, etc, required.

• 2+ years’ experience in estimating required.

• Strong understanding of project pricing, negotiation and cost control.

• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft 365.
