MISSION HEATING & AIR LLC HVAC Service Technician in RONAN, Montana
Mission Heating & Air is looking to hire full-time HVAC experienced Service Technician Required Qualifications: - 3+ combined HVAC Service experience and/or HVAC technical school training - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Current EPA certificate - Basic understanding of city/county installation codes - Must provide their own basic set of tools - Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills - Montana driver's license and insurable driving record - Ability and willingness to float between service and installation departments as incoming workflow changes - Must be able to meet the physical demands of this position: bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, lifting 30+ from ground, etc. - Able to approach assigned work in a professional manner, working toward the common goal of teamwork, pride in service delivery and continuous improvement - Must possess computer/smart phone literacy and be able/willing to learn work order and time tracking software - Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems - Good understanding of a wide range of residential and commercial equipment for repairing and/or performing maintenance - Provide three references Desired Qualifications: - Excellent organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal English language skills - Possess or be willing to acquire NATE certification - Experience servicing boilers Pay Scale $27 - $35/hour + spiffs Hours: Slightly flexible 40 hours per week within business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime is approved as needed.
