About the Job:
We are on the lookout for passionate Food and Beverage Cashier to join the summer season 2025 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities are:
Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with menu information, special offers, and answering questions about food and beverage prices
Managing guest payments for food and beverages, whether through cash, credit cards, debit cards, or other electronic payment methods
Ensuring all charges are correctly entered, including discounts, taxes, and tips, and addressing any discrepancies promptly
Preparing daily reports that include total sales, discounts, payments received, and financialsummaries for the accounting
Demonstrating a sound knowledge of all menu items, Jumeirah Capri Palace F&B Service procedures and Jumeirah Hygiene Standards
Informing staff of any specific guest request or needs
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role
Proficient in Italian and fluent in English (additional languages are desirable)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
