salary: $49,920 - $65,000 per year

work hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

Company isa Manufacturer located in Rome, Ga and seeking to add to there maintenance departement full time direct hire for 2nd shift hours- 3pm- 11:30pm, 3rd shift 11pm- 7:30am. Pay is based on experience and willing to review all levels in Industrial Maintenance in Manufacturing.

• Understanding and repairing mechanical systems, such as conveyors, motors, and pumps.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical circuits and components.

• Working with electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control panels.

• Understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automation systems a plus

• Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.

• Lubrication, cleaning, and replacing worn parts.

• Identifying and diagnosing issues with machinery and equipment.

• Implementing effective solutions to restore functionality.

• Interpreting technical drawings and schematics to understand equipment layout and design.

• Using diagrams to troubleshoot and repair systems.

• Using personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring a safe working environment.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

• Understanding the principles of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Maintaining and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic components.

• Working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve maintenance goals.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working weekends
