Country Practice Leader for Core Enterprise and zCloud. Join the Kyndryl Team and Shape the Future of IT Services.

We're seeking an experienced business leader to lead one of our six practices as Country Practice Leader for Core Enterprise and zCloud in Italy. As a key member of our country leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, developing market-leading capabilities, and shaping the future of IT services.

Your Mission is to design, build, and develop a competitive and successful Kyndryl Practice in Italy, leveraging your expertise in launching and developing new businesses. Set the Italy strategy for the practice, define the offering and market positioning, and build an ambitious business plan to achieve required growth. Ensure market-leading skills and capabilities are acquired and developed, and execute the business plan to bring expected value to Kyndryl.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical presales team in identifying value propositions and solutions for clients, integrating service offerings and technologies.

  • Shape the future delivery model needed to deliver innovative projects and services.

  • Develop and manage alliances with key market players, including joint value propositions, business planning, and marketing activities.

  • Foster strong relationships with C-suite customers, gaining industry perspectives and insight into desired solution-oriented customer outcomes.

  • Deliver billable engagements.

Who You Are

Who You Are

  • You demonstrate consultative skills and technology specific expertise (e.g.. zCloud, cloud, mainframe, infrastructure, cloud migration, data)

  • You bring expertise in one or more of the following industries would be an advantage: Banking, Manufacturing, T&T, Healthcare

  • You have experience in business development and proven accountability for sales

  • You plan and coordinate business development initiatives based on market demand

  • You have led the building of organizational capabilities, coordination of business development and technical teams

  • You can bring together internal and external organizations to maximize and augment Kyndryl capabilities to meet market demand

  • Learning Orientation – you are creative with a continuous learning mindset; curious and passionate about Kyndryl’s technology and the customers business

  • You have a proven track record in developing and leading business units with a sharp commercial mindset.

  • You have experience in business development, technical presales, service organizations, and data, artificial intelligence, enterprise applications, application modernization, and migration.

  • You bring adept leadership and change management skills, with the ability to drive transformation and growth.

  • You are an excellent communicator with superb relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with global and local executive teams.

  • Fluent Italian and English

  • Master Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, etc.) would be preferred
