Searching for a Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a hybrid role in Rolling Meadows, IL.

This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing problem resolution, and delivering the best customer service in the industry. High volume call or call center experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat in a timely manner

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

• Offer basic troubleshooting to customers including product knowledge and recommendations

• Respond to all written customer correspondence promptly and professionally

• Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of all products and procedures

• Maintain thorough documentation on all customer service tickets

• Collaborate with team members, customer partners, and vendor partners to deliver industry-best customer service

• Manage customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner

• Use superior communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries

• Utilize strong organizational skills and a customer service mindset to effectively manage workload.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Call Center Customer Service / Phone Ettiquette

• Proficiency in delivering Superior Customer Service

• Prior experience in Customer Support roles

• Proven skills in Customer Experience Management

• Experience in Customer Success Management

• Knowledge of Wholesale Distribution Industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively

• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

• Proficiency in using customer service software

• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volume of customer interactions

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
