The Finance and Insurance Manager (FandI Manager) at Al West Nissan is responsible for optimizing dealership profitability through the sale of finance and insurance programs. This includes vehicle financing, insurance products, aftermarket products, and extended warranties. The FandI Manager ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, maintains strong relationships with lenders, and provides exceptional customer service. Additionally, the FandI Manager will perform some tasks typically handled by the Sales Manager, contributing to the dealership's overall success. Core Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Relations:
- Present and sell financing options to customers, including various loan programs, GAP, VSC, PMA, and other financial products.
- Explain and promote aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- cash transactions to finance, ensuring higher revenue for the dealership.
- Guide customers through the loan application process, securing necessary documentation and signatures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and build rapport with customers to facilitate a smooth sales process.
- Provide customers with detailed information on service policies, financial terms, and payment options.
- Finance Operations:
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with multiple finance sources, pursuing competitive finance programs and interest rates.
- Accurately prepare finance and lease transactions, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and timely.
- Verify that all transaction documents contain valid title, lien, and tax information before submitting them to accounting.
- Receive and process all credit applications, ensuring timely follow-up and approval.
- Manage the dealerships finance department, ensuring smooth operation and high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure insurance and finance fees are collected and accurately recorded.
