Job Title: Shop Manager

Job Description

Individual will be running the entire shop and helping out as needed in areas such as welding, fabrication, running machines such as a saw or press brake, and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities include assisting with every stage of the production schedule and organizing the process. The role also involves hiring, development, discipline, and termination. Other duties will be directed as necessary.
