Test Heads Engineering LLC Office Assistant/Coordinator in Rogers, Minnesota

Small business is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to cover office responsibilities currently handled by the owners. Flexible work hours between 9am and 5 pm. For the candidate that is self-motivated, the job could grow to full time. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be comfortable interacting with managers, technical employees, suppliers, and customers. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for administration of the daily office operations of a hybrid engineering/distribution company. This includes order entry and fulfilment, purchasing, receiving, maintain the tools that the company uses to manage its workflow. If you have a good operations and computer usage background, we can train you on the systems and processes that we use. Responsibilities: Use Sage 50 to do daily distribution business activities - speak/correspond with customers and suppliers, quoting, order entry, pick/pack/ship, purchase and receive inventory. Use Quickbooks Enterprise to do the operations functions of the custom engineering business such as order entry, job setup, purchasing, interacting with vendors, receive and disposition purchased items, invoicing, and job cost wrap-up. Maintain work-in-process and shop scheduling tools Manage the stock room and inventory levels Keep files and facility organized and smoothly functioning.
