As a Site Supply Specialist II here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the supply chain operations at our Rocky Mount, North Carolina site. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution processes to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. Your decisions and strategies will directly impact the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the company.

You will report directly to our Senior Production Scheduling Manager and you'll work out of our Rocky Mount, North Carolina location.

In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement, optimizing inventory levels, and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and execute procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services

• Collaborate with suppliers to manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery

• RTV management

• Supplier Lemon & Early receipts management

• BDSI bin stock program coordination

• IDO STO management

• Outside Processing management

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels

• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess and obsolete inventory

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize supply chain processes

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

WE VALUE

• APICS certification or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with ERP systems and other supply chain software

• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
