TAD PGS, Inc. FAA Materials Coordinator in Rocky Mount, North Carolina

We have an outstanding Contract position for anFAA Materials Coordinatorto join a leading Company located in theRocky Mount, NCsurrounding area.

Responsibilities :

  • Reviews blueprints and product specifications to accurately determine the amount of materials needed

  • Documents overall material needed, including all codes, brands, and contact information necessary to process orders

  • Adjusts amounts for existing inventory and for orders of conventional sizes

  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

  • Performs a variety of tasks

  • Works under general supervision

  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required

  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

  • Incumbent will interact interdepartmentally and with Customer Service Managers daily

  • Role requires attention to detail and moderate walking activities 50% of time

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status

    Desired Qualifications :

  • Requires ability to understand engineering documents and work closely with members of the engineering team

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Microsoft Office Suite competency required

  • Must have excellent communication skills
