Join a team that applies its technical expertise and knowledge to ensure products are produced with high quality and efficiency. You will be a technical expert with responsibility for product and process application. You will ensure product integrity manufacturing output and continuous improvements working with labs and factory operations.

Our team develops new or modifies processes, defines process equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of Honeywell Aerospace products. You will influence the planning and designing of manufacturing engineering processes. You will determine parts and tools needed by the team to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification, for both existing and new processes/product technologies. You will maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Support daily production activities and drive producibility improvement projects in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and product health trends

  • Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis

  • Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions

  • Assist development of new products

  • Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow

  • Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals

  • Test products & software

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM field

  • 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to partner and collaborate well with team members

  • Quickly and accurately identifying subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues (process and data correlation of cause/effect across value stream)

  • Conveying information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse teams

  • RCCA / Lean / Six Sigma
