PREPAID WIRELESS WHOLESALE LLC Telecom Device RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Supervisor in Rockville, Maryland

  • returned and repaired devices to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Document recurring issues and collaborate with engineering and product teams for solutions.
  1. Data and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze RMA metrics such as turnaround times, costs, and defect rates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership for process improvement initiatives.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all RMA processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of RMA cases and ensure audit readiness.

How You Qualify:

  • 5+ years of experience in RMA management, logistics, or telecom device operations.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom devices, their functions, and repair processes.
  • Proficiency in RMA software tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Phonecheck).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with telecom industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple deadlines.
