Work You'll Do:

  • Develop, maintain, execute, and evaluate the client's program strategy and policy.

  • Contribute effectively to interagency policymaking processes on matters relating to cybersecurity, cyberspace operations, and emerging technology.

  • Draft and evaluate legislative proposals.

  • Provide Executive Management advice and support in the area of program strategy and execution. This will generally include, but is not limited to, the below listed elements. In response to a requested study topic, the analyst shall deliver a written product containing background research, current state of relevant client and other-agency programs/efforts, stakeholder perspectives, mission and resource implications, analysis of alternatives, and recommendations. Analyst shall be prepared to verbally present each study effort to the client's executive management.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, Math or in other business-related fields.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI/CI poly eligibility security clearance required.

  • 5+ years of interagency, policy and legislative affairs experience

  • 5+ years of experience with emerging technology/enterprise/architecture development
