Job Description:
What You Will Do
A typical day during the internship might include:
Working with various IT leaders and teams across ITW to document common challenges, innovative approaches, or successful practices
Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP system users throughout the organization.
Work with ERP system users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setups.
Assist ERP system users with data conversion.
Assist with testing enhancements of ERP system prior to use in a production environment
Researching assigned technology related topics to identify and summarize key points
Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP system users.
Conduct and assist in user training; both for new users and enhanced modifications.
Assisting in the creation and presentation of webinar(s) for staff
Collecting and analyzing data about technology solutions used by ITW businesses
