Description:

• Work with drawings, specifications, supplier quotations, engineering standards, and other information to provide material take-offs and cost estimates.　

• Work in Procore, Sage Time, and Asta Software

• Create and compile detailed cost estimates

• Support Company Financial goals and objectives for profit and Margin.

• Ability to Scope and support Large scale projects down to small program management General Commercial programs.

• Consult with vendors, and other departmental personnel to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

• Ability to work as a Project Manager and multiple projects.

• Meet with clients and communicate in a professional and knowledgeable manner

Skills

• Understanding of Construction Estimating/Project Management (Projects 5MM+)

• Ability to work within Design Builds

• Experience in Construction Management Software (Procore, Bluebeam, Asta, Sage)

• Bid invites, Change Order

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bid invites, Change Order

• Estimating (Preferred)

• Ability's to work on different types of projects (Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, etc)
