Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our North American business through timely picking, packing, processing, and shipping of orders. The role involves managing inventory levels and working closely with the Production, Service, and Customer Service teams to ensure our customers can rely on us.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders daily to ensure timely shipping.

• Ensure products are labeled and packed correctly for dispatch, shipping orders on ERP on the same or correct day.

• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.

• Use internet-based courier systems to book and arrange collections.

• Count and quality check received items, matching them to delivery advice.

• Unpack, put away, and correctly locate goods.

• Perform weekly cycle counts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

• Load and unload inventory receipts and shipments.

• Complete assembly orders and kitting for relevant SKUs/Bundles.

• Rework stock as required.

• Meet On Time in Full Key Performance Indicators (KPI) requirements.

• Adhere to Health and Safety rules and best practices.

• Ensure all activities are undertaken and controlled in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

Essential Skills

• Experience in cycle counting, warehouse operations, ERP systems, kitting, packing, and staging.

• Proficiency in picking, packing, inventory management, loading, shipping and receiving, production, material handling, and inventory control.

• Basic Math and English skills.

• Minimum of one year of factory-related experience in a kitting/packaging operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift Truck (FLT) certification for both Reach and Counter Balance (or the ability to pass the qualification within an agreed period/probation).

• Manual handling training.

Work Environment

The work environment is a warehouse setting with no supervisory responsibilities. The hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This position involves some heavy lifting and transporting of parts.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rockaway, New Jersey.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00
