Responsibilities

Westfall Associates at URMC provides outpatient substance use treatment services for adults and offers medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD). The RN works in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team to provide high quality patient-centered care. RN responsible for a caseload of 10-15 clients. Excellent opportunity for someone with a strong commitment to delivering care to individuals in an outpatient substance use disorder treatment setting. The RN conducts primary care screening and collaborates with community providers and systems to facilitate treatment planning. Provides patient/family teaching. Candidate requires strong assessment and communication skills, teamwork values, and a customer service philosophy. NYS RN license. Experience in psychiatric nursing or addictions nursing preferred.

Qualifications

Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $35.35 - $45.96 Hourly

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
