Responsibilities

Seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual for busy outpatient surgery clinic. Candidate will possess strong leadership, clinical, and management skills. Responsibilities include oversight of daily clinical operations, staffing, retention/recruitment, mentoring and facilitation of patient care. Will work collaboratively with the admin, practice manager, providers and other clinic leads. Clinic consists of vein procedures, arterial/vein clinics, triage, wound care, patient education pre/post-surgery, referrals, rooming patients. Candidate must have leadership experience. Ambulatory care experience preferred. NYS license as a RN, BSN in Nursing required, Master preferred. Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

Requires a Master's Degree in Nursing or related field and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have 5 years experience as an RN with one to three years of leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The Nurse Manager directs all aspects of patient care, which includes managing nursing personnel and material resources in a cost-effective manner, unit planning and the initiation of innovative clinical and management practices with emphasis on retention strategies.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $45.93 - $64.30

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
