Adecco is currently seeking a Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Specialist, in Rochester, NY. The Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Specialist is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods and maintaining an organized inventory.
Responsibilities of the Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Specialist:
· Assist with the shipping and receiving of products, including unloading trucks and organizing incoming goods.
· Accurately log inventory items in our tracking system, ensuring product counts and data are up-to-date.
· Prepare and package shipments to ensure they are ready for dispatch.
· Inspect products for damages or discrepancies and report any issues.
· Maintain a clean and organized storage area, following safety guidelines.
· Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
Requirements of the Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Specialist:
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
· Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Previous warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
