Paychex S125 Product Integrity Analyst in Rochester, New York
Overview
Supports the organization in providing research, analysis, communications, and problem solving related to the products and services provided to our clients. Acts as a liaison between various groups and represent business units in project initiatives.
Responsibilities
Ensure integrity of the 401(k) product by providing research, analysis and problem-solving solutions to the products and services provided to our clients.
Coordinates fulfillment of client communication mailings with the EPFC, including creating the document, testing the output, getting it reviewed, and mailing it out to ensure a seamless process and quality product.
Manage, lead, and coordinate the creation of major production processes related to IRS required 401(k) reports and documentation including Quarter End/Year End statements and compliance testing, Form 5500 and 5558.
Provides analysis of operations and technology concerns at the request of management including testing, brainstorming, and submitting proposed solutions (Application Requests, Business Proposals, Etc.) to ensure efficient and effective work flows.
Establishes contacts and forms relationships with various Paychex departments (Marketing, Compliance, Product Management, IT) and vendors as necessary to support our products.
Collaborates, manages, and performs quality assurance testing of Form 5500 and QE/YE documents.
Represents product integrity on projects and company related initiatives as a subject matter expert to ensure the product needs are met.
Monitors and maintains Retirement Services Flex website content integrity and user experience.
Represents the business unit by conducting preliminary negotiations with external vendors and internal partners during the negotiation phase to ensure seamless transition to product; discusses product planning and process execution, including establishing statement of work, timeline, service level agreement guidelines, escalation procedures, service hours, issue resolution, and delivery dates; provides findings to management for final approval.
Produces and reviews documentation of the processes and procedures from the product integrity group to ensure accuracy.
Manages high severity department related incidents and communicates with the organization.
Coordinates 401(k) department testers for cutovers and BCP events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.
Possesses strong product knowledge.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $26.38 - $37.69 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
