Here's what you'd do:

  • The Coordinator, Learning and Development (L&D) is responsible for administrative tasks required to run impactful employee learning and development programs.
  • This role will assist in maintaining training records, scheduling virtual and in person learning events, manage key communications and ensure that the L&D function runs efficiently and effectively, ultimately contributing to the growth and development of all team members
  • Coordinate dates, times, faculty, and venues for in person workshops and virtual courses.
  • Keep accurate records of employee training, attendance, and completion status in Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Send out communication and reminders for upcoming training sessions to participants and their leaders.
  • Responsible for proofreading and editing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Provide high level customer service to learning program participants.
  • Distribute and compile feedback surveys from participants and leaders to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Create engaging and visual presentation of key insights.
  • Track expenses related to training programs and learning tools.
  • Ensure L&D expenses are paid on time and stay within budget.
  • Responsible for inventory management including ordering training materials and supplies.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.50/hr.

Hours: Up to 20 hrs/wk. Flex Scheduling (1st Shift).

Length: 8 Week Temp

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with MS Office/Outlook/Word/Excel etc. in a professional setting
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with customer service.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
* Effective communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal.
* Proficient time management, organizational skills, attention to details and ability to meet established deadlines.
