Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Employee:

• Staying on task

• Punctual

• Maintaing a safe work environment

• Professional & friendly attitude

Available shifts:

 Shift Timings 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs

• Ability to stand for 8 hour shift

• Property Maintenance experience

• Painting, plumbing and electrical experience

• Ability to repair property

• Landscaping experience
