Job Title: Plumber

Pay: $20.00-$30.00/hr. (based on exp.)

Job Description

We are seeking skilled technicians to join our team in performing underground plumbing in a commercial setting. The role involves working in two-man crews to conduct repairs and maintenance on pipelines, waterlines, and sewer lines. You will be required to work with both hand and power tools related to commercial plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform underground plumbing tasks in commercial settings.

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on pipelines, waterlines, and sewer lines.

• Operate hand and power tools related to commercial plumbing.

• Work collaboratively in two-man crews.

• Load materials and equipment at the shop each morning and transport them to the job site.

Essential Skills

• Experience in plumbing (2+ years preferred).

• Ability to operate heavy equipment.

• Proficiency in pipe laying and working with underground utilities.

• Skill in using hand tools and power tools.

• OSHA 10 certification.

• Reliable transportation and a valid, clean driver's license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction.

• Ability to perform repairs and installations.

Work Environment

This role involves working in dirty conditions. The standard work hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, though this may vary depending on project needs. You will start your day by reporting to the shop at 7:00 am to help load materials and equipment before heading out to the job site.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, New York.
