Robert Half Paychex Agency Specialist II (Tier II) in Rochester, New York

Description

• Provides customer service and support to both internal and external clients

• Responsible for the timely and accurate set-up and ongoing maintenance of client accounts

• Maintains a high level of knowledge of the products and services offered by the company

• Ensures timely and accurate problem resolution in support of client retention goals

• Utilizes various tools and forms to determine accuracy in insurance rates, class codes, and final audits

• Utilizes multiple computer software applications in conjunction with carrier and bureau websites to respond to all client inquiries

• Develops problem resolution techniques and makes recommendations to staff and management

• Responds to inbound calls and places outbound calls as required by the business unit

• Maintains accurate recording of all internal and external communication

• Provides necessary documentation to state and federal insurance agencies as well as our insurance partners

• Continually builds excellent working relationships with our internal and external partners in support of all administrative services.

Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service

• Excellent Communication skills

• Experience with Documentation

• Understanding of Policy creation and implementation

• Experience with Answering Inbound Calls

• Knowledge of Payroll processes

• Ability to handle both Inbound and Outbound Calls

• Knowledge of Insurance policies and procedures

• Experience with Workstation Support

• Familiarity with Auditing processes

• Ability to manage and update Websites

• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with Partners

• Strong Client Relations skills

• Proficiency in Research and Analysis

• Ability to Prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience working with a Business Unit

• Knowledge of HRIS Systems

• Adherence to Quality Standards

• Problem Resolution skills

• Understanding of Loan Renewal Processes

• Ability to handle Modfication tasks

• Experience with managing Exhibits

• Excellent External Communication skills

• Experience with Cobra Administration

• Data Input skills
