Manages a classroom and implement Experience Early Learning curriculum. Guide children through positive language, positive reinforcement and redirection. Effective communication with parents and families, including parent conferences. Supervise teacher assistant and promote developmentally appropriate practices. Stay current on updated policies, regulations, laws, standards and education.
