Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of our line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. You will be provided with a company van and tools and will travel to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties. Your duties will not only include performing minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical maintenance, but also preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of commercial HVAC systems. You will perform tests and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment and provide recommendations as appropriate. You should have a solid understanding of control operation, and sequence of operation for commercial HVAC systems. Additionally, you will utilize multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and other skills as needed to solve maintenance problems.

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

You will be provided with a company van and tools and will travel to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties. The work involves maintaining commercial HVAC systems and performing minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical maintenance, painting, and roofing tasks as needed.
