Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning HRIS Shared Services Project Manager in Rochester, New York

Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic HRIS Shared Services Project Manager for their partner companies based in the northeast. Reporting to the Director, Organizational Development, you will analyze, create, implement, and evaluate the successful integration of the new partner company’s payroll and benefits into the centralized HRIS platform. This role will also manage communication and leverage resources with the HRIS provider.

This position would be ideal for an experienced HR individual contributor who is a go-getter interested in applying their expertise to impact an organization experiencing rapid growth.

Responsibilities

· Analyzes new partner company payroll, benefits and retirement plans and compares them to existing HRIS platform offering

· Establishes by what method to transfer, merge, and maintain new employee data to create a smooth transition into the HRIS platform.

· Develops, implements, and maintains integration status for each new partner company until successful implementation and integration is complete.

· Partners with HR department including payroll, benefits, and HR integration manager to detail each role and responsibilities with the new integration.

· Sets and tracks project milestones; manages for unforeseen delays/roadblocks, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.

· Develops and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

· Oversees and maintains internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.

· Installs, implements, modifies, and upgrades software and applications to meet changing business and technology.

· Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.

· Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.

· Confirms system compliance with data security and privacy requirements

Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management required.

· At least five years of HRIS or related experience required with at least one year in a supervisory position.

· Professional certifications preferred

· Knowledge of human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Detailed comprehension of database construction.

The starting base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
