Salary Range:$80,000 - $95,000 annually

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promises any specific pay for any specific employee. Salary range excludes monetary value of benefits.

The primary function of this role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Ability to effectively complete assignments related to highway design, drainage design, alignments, and other duties applicable to these projects.

  • Assist with field inspections and data collection for roadway projects.

  • Develop plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.

  • Coordinate with reviewers and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and quality of work.

  • Proactively assist Project Managers, and Project Engineers and Group Manager.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members, consultants, and our clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of project details, including design documents, progress reports, and budget information.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred)

  • 5-10 years minimum of transportation experience, highway engineering experience preferred.

  • Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain it.

  • Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, STAAD, Bridge Design Software preferred.
