STATUS: Full-time
LOCATION: Hybrid (Riedman Campus)
DEPARTMENT: Talent Acquisition
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (Days)

- Hiring Practice Management. Identify staffing needs; fill staff level positions across the system; lead the creation of a recruiting and interview plan for each open position; develop a pool of qualified candidates and maintain all pertinent applicant data in the applicant tracking system
- External Marketing. Create and/or modify job descriptions; build/utilize social and professional networks to identify and source candidates; post openings in forms of advertisements and other appropriate channels; aid public relations in establishing a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally
- Research & Evaluation. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; research new ways of using online recruitment
PAY RANGE: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
