Responsibilities

Working under the direct supervision of an RN…. Responsibilities include assisting with the provision of continuous close observation of patients and taking appropriate actions to provide for a safe environment for the hospitalized patient for real or potential threats to the safety of the patient and/or others. Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and take direction from professional staff, interact with patients and families. Provides patient care in a supportive role under the direct supervision of a nurse. Requirements: 2 semesters of college.

Qualifications

Successfully completed 2 semesters of college required. The student must remain enrolled in an approved college program by successfully completing all courses and remain in good standing at school.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.10

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
