Warehouse & Forklift Specialist – Full-Time Opportunity

Pay: $17 - $19/hr (based on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with 1 weekend shift required and a weekday of choice off)

As a Warehouse & Forklift Specialist , you’ll spend 50% of your time operating forklifts and the other half performing essential warehouse tasks such as organizing, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the warehouse safe and orderly. What You’ll Do:

Operate Forklift: Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products around the warehouse (50% of your time).

Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized by performing duties such as garbage disposal, general tidying, and inventory organization.

Work at a Fast Pace: Adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-moving environment and ensure production goals are met efficiently.

Focus on Safety: Follow safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a secure work environment for you and your team.

Weekend Shift Flexibility: You’ll choose to work either Saturday or Sunday each week, and you’ll have the flexibility to pick a recurring weekday off (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift Experience: Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.

• Safety-Conscious: Strong commitment to safety standards and maintaining a secure environment.

• Dependability: Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing demands in a busy setting.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work one weekend day and select a weekday off that works for you.

• Desire for Growth: This role offers the potential to transition into a permanent, full-time position for the right candidate.
