SUMMARY
Responsible for facilitating the evaluation process, including the review of referral information and referral reason. Verifying insurance information and providing financial assistance when facilitating appointment for an evaluation. Provide superior customer service by modeling the Brand Promise and Core Values.

LOCATION: Evelyn Brandon Health Center
DEPARTMENT: Outpatient Mental Health
SCHEDULE: Part Time
ATTRIBUTES
- High School or Equivalent preferred
- Associates Degree preferred.
- One year experience working in a related capacity with Behavioral Health clients preferred.
- Senior Registration Specialist preferred
SCHEDULING & CUSTOMER SERVICE: Collects patient demographic and insurance information. Reviews initial referral information for completeness as related to ARES for chemical dependency evaluations. Verifies patient insurance information and communicates the patient/insurance financial obligations. Schedules evaluation appointments and offers financial assistance if necessary. Consults with clinical staff regarding referrals when questions arise. Maintains calendars for evaluation appointments.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $18.75 - $23.75
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
