Job Title: Electrician

Job Description

Aerotek is currently hiring an electrician or electrical helper for an electrical contractor in Rochester, NY. Electricians will be working on a team for both service and new construction projects throughout the Rochester area. Only local travel will be necessary.

Electricians will be responsible for terminating wires, installing switches, breakers panels, and relays, and wiring systems for power, lighting, and HVAC. Daily use of hand tools, power tools, pipe benders, and test meters will be necessary. Safety and on the job training will be provided.

Skill Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electricity

• Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment

• OSHA certification preferred but not mandatory

Additional Information & Benefits:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

• Overtime available

• Weekly Pay
