Description We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the non-profit sector, based in Rochester, New York. This role primarily involves maintaining and updating member information, handling paperwork, and delivering new member packets.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input new member details into the software

• Efficiently manage email correspondence with members

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and communication

• Organize files and paperwork systematically

• Perform calculations as required for data entry processes

• Use your 10-key skills for data entry tasks

• Handle scanning and faxing of important documents

• Deliver new member packets through mail

• Provide customer service by resolving member inquiries

• Typing tasks as required for data entry and communication. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required for accurate data entry

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to support all types of stakeholders

• Demonstrable experience in Data Entry roles, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficiency in email correspondence, maintaining professionalism and timely responses

• Strong competency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents

• Experience in organizing files both electronically and physically for easy retrieval

• Ability to perform calculations accurately for data verification purposes

• Skilled in scanning, digitizing, and organizing paper documents
