Job Description:
Provides leadership and participates in development of staff, standards and procedures. In collaboration with the Support Services Manager sets priorities and participates in problem solving. The Assistant Manager will support the Manager in the day-to-day leadership of the Support Services Departments. This position will oversee training responsibility of all newly hired employees. Schedules and maintains adequate staffing levels for Support Services Department. Will act as mentor for supervisory team.
Salary Range:
$50,960- $60,250.42 annually
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements:
Education: Associates Degree preferred and/or equivalent education and experience. .
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred in Supervision of staff
License/Certification Required: na
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrated track record of process improvement
