is currently seeking an experienced full-timeAirport Terminal Architect to be a design leader and integral member of our team in our Charlotte, NC office location. The selected Architect will be involved in all aspects of project design, development and construction. They will provide design direction to colleagues and consultants at all levels to ensure that future Airport Terminal Projects are completed as planned, budgeted, and scheduled. Responsibilities:

Coordinate project tasks from project inception to construction completion.

Responsible for project development, conceptual design, technical production, and construction administration

Conduct client meetings.

Support design, drafting and animated productions.

Execute final preparation of all design and bid documents (drawings, reports, animations, etc.) for projects.

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, and external consultants.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• 4-year Architecture-related degree; masters degree preferred.
• Registered Architect, or actively pursuing licensing.
• Minimum 8+ years relevant experience with A/E consultant or construction-related firm required.
• Experience with REVIT and airport terminal design required.
• Experience with LEED certification process is beneficial.
• Strong technical design, communication and planning skills; Experienced in administrative, technical and financial management of architectural projects.
• Knowledgeable in codes and standards; Experienced in construction review.
• Advanced design skills using Revit; Mastery of Newforma
• Strong communication skills; adept at technical writing, public speaking, delivering presentations.
• Demonstrated interest in mentoring intern architects.
• Attention to detail; Experienced in quality control and assurance oversight.
• Team Player; contribute and promote a positive work culture.

Salary - Discretionary bonuses with a minimum base salary of $125,000 annually to commensurate with experience and ability
