Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Basic Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Employer Paid Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Adoption Assistance Plan Qualifications: Prior scheduling experience preferred Medical experience is preferred Prior computer experience required Strong written and verbal communication skills required Job Responsibilities: Coordinates/maintains clinician, locum coverage, hospital nursing, and staff schedules, including processing and logging time off requests. Coordinates schedules while adhering to PTO, absence, and other time off policies. Processes time off/change requests based on staffing needs. Coordinates with supervisors to fill open shifts. Fields requests for appointments and other short notice events. Processes seniority and other requests for time off. Processes timecards for bi-weekly payroll. Coordinates schedules for cross training staff. Tracks attendance issues and reports infractions to the supervisor. Prepares training schedules for new hires. Maintenance of the scheduling software system. Other duties as assigned.
