Position Overview The Salon Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon to ensure a smooth and exceptional client experience, efficient staff management, and adherence to business goals. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure the salon runs efficiently and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage scheduling to optimize staff productivity and customer satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage vendor relationships. 2. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, including stylists, receptionists, and assistants. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Saturday hours are needed with evenings being occasional hours.
