IT Project Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 2 months with potential to extend into 2025 Hours per week: 40 hours/week Rate Range: $30 - $35 Timeline for hire: As soon as the right candidate is identified Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Analyst to support our IT project management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions within our infrastructure. The role is essential for optimizing our use of Azure DevOps and ServiceNow in alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, reporting, and resource allocation. Manage and support IT infrastructure projects from initiation through closure. Analyze and document project requirements, risks, and issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Monitor project performance and generate status reports for stakeholders. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Analyst or similar role in IT. Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and familiarity with ServiceNow. Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and technologies - Server, Telecom, Network, Data Center Migration. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
