Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 annual salary – based on experience

Location: High Pointe Senior Housing – 1800-1830 High Pointe Lane NW, Rochester, MN 55901

About the job:

Responsible for the daily operations of a Senior 202 PRAC, 2 buildings 95 total units in Rochester MN. This includes supervision of staff, building maintenance, all administrative functions for both internal and external agencies, and maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property and the community.

Essentials:

  • Market the property in accordance with Fair Housing Regulations and Management Agreement. Manage the waitlist, the application/approval/denial process, tours, admission and orientation of new applicants.

  • Establish and maintain regular office hours on site.

  • Supervise the property office ensuring that all bookkeeping, and lease preparations are performed as required.

  • Responsible for annual budget and monthly variance reporting. Submit monthly HAP requests, run EIV reports. Prepare and submit contractor bids and contracts. Budget Preparation and monthly Financial Variance Reporting

  • Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident information, and a professional relationship with residents, families, and other related stakeholders.

  • Recruit, lead, manage, train, supervise, recognize, and develop staff to achieve established objectives; provide quality services in a work environment reflecting teamwork and mutual respect. Conduct or supervise annual performance reviews of all staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years property management or related housing services experience in Affordable Housing setting.

  • One or more of the following professional certification(s), preferred: Certified Occupancy Specialist, Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Apartment Manager, Registered Apartment Manager.

  • 1 year experience with Real Page - OneSite, Spend Management (OPS) and Financial Suite, preferred.

  • Knowledge of regulations, acts, guidelines, pertaining to state and federally assisted properties.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees.

  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
