Oakland University IT Support Specialist OUWB School of Medicine in Rochester, Michigan
Analyze, develop, coordinate and implement IT hardware and software for the
OUWB School of Medicine necessary for the support of medical students, faculty, staff and administration. Support issues cover but are not limited to the areas of onboarding, servicing and offboarding hundreds of Apple devices annually and include support involving applications, exam support, email, operating systems, network connectivity, and device security. Use Macintosh and Windows operating systems, applications and peripherals.
