Summary
CHS, Inc has an opportunity in our Global Grain & Processing division in Rochelle, IL. We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Lubricant's Technician. Come join our team in Rochelle, IL and see where your career with CHS can take you.
Responsibilities
Under general supervision, lubricate and maintain machinery, equipment or vehicles as needed and as efficiently and timely as possible.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the most efficient operation.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe action or conditions.
Perform lubrication planning and scheduling activities to assigned equipment work orders.
Lubricated all assigned points in the plant.
Filling out all required paperwork and supporting documentation.
Maintaining the oil sampling program
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or directed.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 1 year of Production, Operations, and/or Maintenance
Additional Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience troubleshooting issues and implementing measures to prevent reoccurring maintenance problems.
Ability to work extended hours as needed.
Self-starter and ability to work with limited supervision.

Physical Requirements
Ability to work in noisy, dusty and all-weather conditions.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at height.
Ability to carry 50 lbs.
