DETAILS
$60,000-85,000/year, depending on relevant experience
Mon-Fri, 7a-4p or 8a-5p
Travel is required on a weekly basis, overnight stays required

DUTIES
Preparing and deploying specialized vehicles for client locations, including user training on its operation and functionality.
Maintaining and troubleshooting assigned equipment, resolving any operational issues that may arise.
Identifying and promoting revenue opportunities through the sale of related parts, services, and upgrades. This includes generating quotes and making informed decisions regarding warranty coverage.
Creating and documenting technical reports, analyzing test results, and interpreting relevant data as needed.
Field service support requires a customer-centric approach, where technicians actively address customer needs and build trust through clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor.
Contributing to internal training programs and potentially leading on-site customer training sessions.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, including gear pumps, pressure-compensated pumps, and load-sensing pumps.
Proficient in reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics.
Skilled in calculating flow rate, pressure, speed, and volume for hydraulic components, and able to perform calibrations and unit conversions.
Ability to operate welders, drills, hand tools, hydraulic flow meters, electrical multimeters, etc.
Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, gear and pressure compensated, load sense pumps
Must be able to perform each essential duty at a high level, thrive under tight deadlines and pressure from above and simultaneously manage several projects at a time
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Must be physically able to bend, squat, crawl and climb
