Carilion is looking for an Enterprise Manager to join their team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epic Applications Manager to oversee the implementation, support, and optimization of our Epic systems, with a focus on clinical and revenue cycle applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Epic software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:

• Lead a team of Epic analysts and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle departments to understand their needs and ensure Epic applications meet those needs.

• Develop and implement strategies for the effective use of Epic applications to improve clinical and financial outcomes.

• Epic System Management:

• Oversee the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Epic applications, ensuring they are optimized for end-users.

• Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with the IT team.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Project Management:

• Lead Epic implementation and optimization projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Epic application teams of 15+ individuals, with a focus on clinical and revenue cycle systems.

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00

They will offer up to $6k in relocation assistance if coming from outside of the area. They will allow 4-6 months for them to relocate to the area if from outside of the area.
