Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epic Applications Manager to oversee the implementation, support, and optimization of our Epic systems, with a focus on clinical and revenue cycle applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Epic software.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Lead a team of Epic analysts and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle departments to understand their needs and ensure Epic applications meet those needs.
Develop and implement strategies for the effective use of Epic applications to improve clinical and financial outcomes.
Epic System Management:
Oversee the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Epic applications, ensuring they are optimized for end-users.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with the IT team.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Project Management:
Lead Epic implementation and optimization projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Epic application teams of 15+ individuals, with a focus on clinical and revenue cycle systems.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00
They will offer up to $6k in relocation assistance if coming from outside of the area. They will allow 4-6 months for them to relocate to the area if from outside of the area.
