Parsons Corporation Senior Quality Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quality Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to exercise your expertise in Quality management on the construction of the biggest entertainment project currently occurring.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing the quality team

  • Providing expertise in the work processes of the contractor/consultant and internal team members

  • Developing and implementing Quality Plans

  • Tracking and reporting Quality KPIs for Client and corporate.

  • Forming working relationships with the client

  • Conducting training sessions to project team members

  • Providing strategic leadership to the quality team members

  • Developing Quality presentations

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Expertise in 'ISO 9000 and related quality standards

  • Ability to communicate effectively with contractor/consultants to follow the requirements of the contract

  • Directs and coordinates efforts to initiate (and maintain) Regional/ Project ISO 9001 QMS certification.

  • Act as a liaison with customers, contractors and/or internal departments on quality related matters.

  • Interfaces with other Regional Quality Managers as member of Corporate Quality Working Group to maintain thePACE Quality Guide and advance the overall performance of quality at Parsons.

  • Highly motivated team member with the ability to work with all team members and contractors/consultants to deliver a product that meets or exceeds the quality standards set forth.

  • Effective verbal and written communication

  • Ability to Multi-task

  • Mentor to less experienced team members
