Parsons Corporation Senior Program Support Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Program Support Specialist to our team in Riyadh! In this role you will hold responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of the document control systems, and associated administrative functions, processes and approvals for a large infrastructure program.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Recommends data automation hardware and software systems and improvements necessary for efficient documentation and control of documents dispatched from, and sent to, the project.

  • Develops written document control procedures that ensure system efficiency.

  • Supervises subordinates in their dispatch, receipt, recording, distri­bution, and filing of documents using data automation hardware and software at all project locations.

  • Ensures that subordinates and project personnel are trained in the document retrieval process.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma is required.

  • 4 years experience in a supervisory position

  • Detailed knowledge of, and two years experience with, a database management system

  • Advantageous to have previous experience of Aconex and Unifier systems

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated success on the job as evidenced by satisfactory performance, acceptance of responsibility and growth in previous role

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience with data entry

  • Experience in a construction, planning, or design, organization in a technical or administrative capacity
