Sanofi Group Marketing Lead in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
PURPOSE
The Marketing Brand Lead is the strategic lead for Cardiometabolic franchise, working closely with global teams and key market teams to build & localize the global strategy to the market. This role requires you to think customer first and understand how the market and channels available will be used to successfully meet the global ambitions for Diabetes & CV portfolio.
You are a leader, a collaborator, and a brand champion motivated to deliver a world-class launch excellence & accelerating uptake that meets customer demands and make possible the excellent launch of Soliqua to position it as the leading drug in public sectors, accessible to all patients who need it, Developing and maintaining strong brand /Customer awareness and maximize short- and long-term sales volumes and profits. Developing and managing the marketing of assigned brand/Customer Segment within agreed strategies to ensure that brand/Customer and business objectives are met.
Lead adoption of brand team transformative mindset & agile wow to translate brand strategy into actionable use-cases & pragmatic deliverables & demonstrate customer centric approach to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work as product owner across the Cor Agile team for his/her brand.
Develop and guide Brand Strategy, Tactics, and Critical Success Factors for Cardiometabolic franchise through collaboration and partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Develop and oversee HCP / Patient personal and non-personal promotional campaigns, messaging, and events including development of metrics to measure success
Manage third-party vendors and partner agencies who are part of the promotional execution platforms
Engage with KOLs to obtain disease/product feedback and customer insights including leading market research, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer initiatives
Support promotional exhibit booth activities
Lead projects through the legal, regulatory, and medical review process
Manage the marketing budget in alignment with Sanofi finance
Collaborate with and support field sales and national accounts team to ensure effectiveness and impact of promotional tools and programs, including sales training development/implementation
Defines guidelines to orchestrate campaigns/materials (per customer type and with channel mix recommendations within the customer Journey defined with Agile team
Develops unbranded and branded content in collaboration with Agile team leveraging Global content factory and working closely with Content Manager and Agile team
Collaborate with the extended Brand / Market Access / Medical / GTMC and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless marketing operation.
CRITICAL EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS REQUIRED
Experience:
Pharmaceutical industry experience with pharmaceutical marketing experience
Experience with product launch, Diabetes, cardiovascular
Experience with digital/Omnichannel marketing programs preferred
10 years experience, 3+ in sales management/Customer engagement/Omnichannel/marketing management.
Optional Experience:
KSA & Gulf market knowledge
