Sulzer Pumps US Inc. Lean & Development Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Facilitate practical collaboration with the target-specific aim of increasing productivity, OTD, Safety standards, Quality improvements & Continuous Improvement activities.
Review C.I. plans and cost-saving projections of the Factory, challenging where necessary and identifying additional continuous improvements wherever possible.
Develop, record and formally document new developments arising from C.I. practise within the Factory and have available to share with other Factories.
Provide training material & templates in line with SPS / Lean BU templates.
Collaborate directly with Factory Function Heads and BU Management.
Support preparation of annual SPS / Lean Roadmap for Factory.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
10+ years of experience.
Degree in Mechanical,Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
Languages: English - Arabic.
Technical knowledge of pumping equipment or rotating equipment in general.
Good knowledge of SAP system.
